Career journey
He began his hospitality career over a decade ago and has since held key roles across several leading international hotel brands. Prior to this role, he served as Rooms Division Manager at Grand Mercure Bangalore, where he focused on strengthening operational efficiency, sustainability initiatives, health and safety compliance, and consistently enhancing guest satisfaction.
Recognition and qualifications
Recognised for his leadership and service excellence, he has received accolades including Manager of the Year and Best Personality in the Rooms category. He holds a degree in Maritime Hospitality Studies along with certifications in bartending and maritime safety.
