Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort announces the appointment of Sunil Kumar as its Chief Engineer.

Extensive Industry Experience

Sunil brings over 15 years of experience in engineering, having worked with leading hospitality brands such as Marriott International, Hilton, Accor, ITC, DLF, Sarovar Hotels, and Cushman & Wakefield, along with diverse exposure in the manufacturing sector.

Professional Journey

He began his hospitality career in 2011 at Marriott Goa as an Engineering Executive and has since built an impressive portfolio across prestigious properties, including Grand Mercure Goa Shrem Resort, Conrad Pune, W Goa, The Ritz-Carlton Pune, WelcomHotel by ITC Tavleen Chail, and DLF.

Expertise and Responsibilities

Sunil’s expertise spans facilities management, electrical and mechanical utilities, and energy conservation. A process-driven professional, he is committed to delivering seamless hotel operations. In his role, he will oversee the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and civil systems, with a strong focus on safety and asset protection.

Academic Credentials

Sunil holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government Polytechnic College, Sundernagar, Himachal Pradesh.

Beyond the Workplace

Outside of work, he enjoys cricket, trekking, and swimming. Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort is pleased to welcome Sunil to the team and wishes him continued success in his new role.
