Holiday Inn Express Gurugram Sector 50 announces the appointment of Lata Pande as General Manager. Lata is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 18 years of experience at top-tier brands, including Oberoi and Marriott. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Travel Management from Lucknow University and a PGCHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Lata started her career at Oberoi Hotels, before taking on leadership roles at Suryagarh, Jaisalmer and Westin Gurgaon. She also gained valuable corporate experience managing Administration and Operations at Billerud, a Swedish packaging paper company, further strengthening her business acumen. Most recently, she served as Director of Operations & Business Development (North India) at BluSalzz Hospitality, where she oversaw operational efficiency and property growth.

In her new role, Lata will oversee daily operations, champion guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of service at Holiday Inn Express Gurugram, Sector 50. Her focus will be on empowering teams, streamlining operations, and delivering value-driven experiences for both business and leisure travellers.
