With over 11 years of experience in Real Estate Management and seven years at ESPL, Saarang has been pivotal in driving operational excellence, scaling efficiencies, and expanding ESPL’s footprint across 130 million square feet in 12 states.

As Chief Operating Officer, Saarang has strengthened ESPL’s presence across various real estate sectors, including business parks, airports, data centres, high commissions, retail, co-working spaces, hospitality, education, and residential developments. His leadership has played a key role in shaping ESPL into one of India’s leading integrated property and facility management providers.
Expanding ESPL’s Service Portfolio
Saarang has also led the expansion of ESPL’s service portfolio, adding Project Management Consultancy and Renewable Energy Advisory to its offerings.
