Naveen established himself as a service excellence leader at Hilton Hotels & Resorts throughout India by achieving consistent guest satisfaction results. His professional journey demonstrates a strong grasp of hospitality standards and a genuine passion for crafting meaningful, memorable guest experiences.
Experience across leading hospitality brands
Before taking on his current position, Naveen worked at Conrad Pune as the Rooms Division Manager, where he successfully improved both guest experience and service performance. He also continues to serve in the role of Regional Quality Champion for South Asia Hilton Hotels.
A career built within the Hilton ecosystem
Beginning his career as an associate with Hilton Chennai, he grew up the ladder and contributed significantly to developing service standards and improving hotel operations at Conrad Pune, DoubleTree Ahmedabad, and DoubleTree Suites Bangalore. Naveen has also completed Hilton’s SHINE Leadership Development Programme, which is recognized as the university’s most prestigious training program.
