With over 10 years of comprehensive experience in the hospitality industry, Debanjana brings a wealth of expertise in human resources, training, and operations to her new role.

Professional Journey and Education

Debanjana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management & Hotel Administration from IHM Bhubaneswar and a Post Graduation from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. Her foundational expertise in Food & Beverage operations has provided her with deep insights into service excellence and operational efficiency.

Diverse Industry Experience

Throughout her career, Debanjana has worked with renowned hospitality brands including Hyatt Hotels, Specialty Restaurant, and Passcode Hospitality. She also served as a Food & Beverage Faculty at IIHM Bengaluru and later advanced to HR Manager at Sarovar Hotels, implementing training programs and HR initiatives.
