With an illustrious career spanning over two decades, Chef Pradeep brings with him a treasure trove of culinary knowledge and experience that will undoubtedly elevate our dining experience to new heights.
Chef Pradeep’s inspiring culinary journey began two decades ago in some of India’s most esteemed kitchens, including The Park Hotel, The Grand New Delhi, and The Taj Mahal Hotel New Delhi. His passion and energy are reflected in his impressive track record, which includes successfully managing the culinary aspects of events such as the G20 Summit 2023, British High Commission events, and various ministry gatherings across the country.
Before joining Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi, he served as the Executive Chef at Radisson Blu Resorts Dharamshala, where he had the honour of hosting a diverse array of high-profile guests, including Bollywood celebrities, corporate giants, military leaders, and international cricketers during the World Cup, Test matches, and IPLs. He has also been at the helm of numerous destination weddings and high-profile events, showcasing his expertise in curating unforgettable culinary experiences.
Prior to his tenure at Radisson Blu, Chef Pradeep was instrumental in launching the Marriott property in Dehradun, where he served as the Executive Chef for over two years. His international culinary journey includes a decade in Thailand, where he honed his skills at prestigious establishments like JW Marriott Bangkok, Intercontinental Hotel Bangkok, Marriott Resort & Spa Phuket, and the Michelin-starred Gaggan. This global experience has enriched his culinary repertoire, particularly in Indian and Asian cuisines, where he excels in both modern and traditional techniques.
