Aloka brings with her over 19 years of extensive hospitality experience, having worked with leading luxury hotel brands such as Hyatt Regency Mumbai, Grand Hyatt Mumbai, and Fairmont Mumbai. Over the course of her career, she has excelled across events management, customer engagement, strategic planning, and people leadership—consistently contributing to revenue growth and operational excellence in high-volume, high-stakes environments.

As Director of Sales (Celebrations) – Catering Collective, Aloka Shhejwadkarr will play a pivotal role in shaping the group’s vision for luxury weddings and social celebrations across India. Beyond leading the national sales function, she will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, driving strategic business growth, and building a sales culture rooted in empathy, trust, and consistency.

In her role, Aloka will oversee the expansion of Catering Collective’s celebrations portfolio across key cities and lead high-performing sales teams.
