Amit Kapoor is all set to embark his journey at Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar, where he has been appointed as the General Manager. Taking the reins at the newly launched property, Amit will oversee the hotel’s overall performance while also leading key strategic conversations and initiatives.
Over two decades of industry expertise
With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Amit has cultivated a reputation for strategic leadership and operational excellence. His journey includes impactful stints at some of the most prestigious hospitality brands such as Grand Hyatt, Marriott, and Accor. Before this role, he served as General Manager at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, where he played a pivotal role in elevating the brand’s presence.
A career marked by leadership and results
Amit’s earlier roles include Director of Food and Beverage at Hyatt Chandigarh and Food and Beverage Manager at Marriott International. His focus on innovation, guest satisfaction, and team building has been instrumental in the success of every property he has managed.
