Stotrak Hotels signed an agreement with Eikyam Arts to develop a greenfield hotel project in Madhya Pradesh.
Project timeline and significance
Set to open in September 2025, GPC Rambagh Resort, Gwalior, will mark Stotrak Hotel’s entry into Madhya Pradesh and simultaneously become Eikyam Arts’ first venture into hospitality.

Project features and design
Spread across 3 acres (approx. 20,860 sqm / 10 bighas), the under-construction GPC Rambagh Resort by Stotrak is designed to blend comfort, accessibility, and elegance. Once complete, it will feature 24 rooms including 2 Rambagh Signature Suites, a dedicated reception area, a 4,500 square-foot restaurant space, lush landscaped gardens, Pukhraj Mahal, a 6,000 square-foot banquet hall, and ample parking capacity for over 50 cars—making it a compelling destination for leisure, weddings, and event-based tourism.
