Innov8 has announced that it plans to add 11,000 new seats across India in FY26 with focus on commercial hubs in the western and southern regions. In the western region, Innov8 plans to add over 5,500 seats across its existing and upcoming centers in Mumbai, covering key locations such as Andheri East, Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Lower Parel, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. In Pune, the expansion will focus on prominent commercial hubs, including Baner, Viman Nagar, and the Central Business District.
Southern Cities to See Major Growth
In the southern region, Innov8 plans to add over 4,500 seats across Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai. The expansion will primarily target key business districts, including Hi-Tech City and Financial District in Hyderabad; Outer Ring Road and the Central Business District in Bangalore; and OMR, Pallavaram–Thoraipakkam Road, and the Central Business District in Chennai.
Growth Across Delhi-NCR and Beyond
The remaining new seats will be added across other key cities like Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida, where Innov8 continues to expand rapidly in response to the growing demand for flexible workspaces from startups, enterprises, and remote professionals.
