A proven culinary journey
Before joining Novotel Guwahati, Chef Cham served as the pre-opening executive chef at Vivanta Chitwan, Nepal. He began his culinary journey in 2005 as section coordinator chef at Le Royal Meridien, Mumbai, and went on to hold leadership positions at renowned properties including Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre and Marriott Executive Apartments, Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, Hotel Kiranshree Grand Guwahati, InterContinental Marine Drive Mumbai, and The Westin Pune.
