Pizza Hut has further strengthened its leadership team with the key appointments of Pranav Dahiya as Chief Financial & Strategy Officer and Nazia Abidi as Chief People & Culture Officer for the Indian Subcontinent.
These appointments come at a pivotal juncture for the brand as it continues to scale its expansion across India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives; reinforcing its commitment to strategic growth and building a people-first workplace.
Pranav Dahiya to Lead Finance and Strategy
Pranav Dahiya brings nearly two decades of experience in finance and strategic planning across leading consumer and retail brands. Before joining Yum! Brands, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Chaayos, where he drove P&L-focused decision-making, long-term business planning, and oversaw cross-functional operations including strategy, sourcing, compliance, and M&A.
Prior to that, Pranav was a corporate banker across multiple asset classes, geographies, and verticals. At Pizza Hut, he will lead finance and strategy; focusing on scale, operational efficiency, governance, and long-term value creation.
Nazia Abidi to Drive People and Culture
Nazia Abidi joins with over a decade of HR experience in high-growth consumer and tech-driven businesses. Most recently with the CarDekho Group, she led HR for Southeast Asia and helped scale the group’s fintech arm, rupyy.
With expertise in HR Business Partnering, change management, employer branding, and talent acquisition, she will lead the people strategy for the subcontinent—focusing on organizational transformation, talent management, and fostering a high-performance culture.
