Atul Upadhyay Promoted to Executive Director, Pride Hotels

Pride Hotels Group announces the promotion of Atul Upadhyay from Executive Vice President to Executive Director. This well-deserved advancement reflects his exceptional leadership, unwavering dedication, and significant contributions to the organization.
Under his guidance, Pride Hotels has strengthened its market position while enhancing operational efficiency and employee engagement across all properties. New Regional and Strategic Leadership Appointments
Binay Thakur – Vice President, Eastern Region

A hospitality veteran with over 30 years of experience, Binay Thakur brings a wealth of operational expertise and regional insight. He has successfully led several key properties in Kolkata and Jharkhand, significantly contributing to the brand’s visibility in Eastern India. He will now oversee all operations and strategic growth initiatives in the region, focusing on service excellence and asset performance.
Mohammad Shoeb – Vice President, Northern Region

With more than three decades in hospitality, Mohammad Shoeb is known for his hands-on leadership and guest-first mindset. He has played a crucial role in expanding Pride’s footprint in North India. As Vice President, he will lead operations and development across key destinations including Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and beyond.
Kushal Ranjan – Vice President, Revenue Management and Distribution

A strategic and data-driven leader, Kushal Ranjan has transformed the Group’s revenue architecture. His new role expands to include enterprise-wide revenue optimization, digital distribution, OTA relations, and market analytics. His commercial foresight will help align business outcomes with emerging market dynamics.
Koustuv Mukherjee – Associate Vice President, Gujarat, Goa, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Known for his collaborative leadership and strong stakeholder relations, Koustuv Mukherjee takes on an expanded portfolio that includes Gujarat, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. He will focus on regional growth, new hotel openings, and upholding brand standards across this diverse geography.
