Punjab Grill announces the launch of Punjab Da Swag, a food festival that pays tribute to the bold, rich, and rustic flavours of Punjab. Beginning 15th May 2025, this festival will be celebrated across all Punjab Grill outlets pan-India, inviting patrons to savour the spirit of Punjab in every bite.

A celebration of culture, tradition, and culinary artistry, Punjab Da Swag specially curated menu which features a range of regional delicacies from the heart of Punjab, reimagined with the signature finesse and authenticity of Punjab Grill.

From rustic recipes to contemporary reimaginings

The festival menu presents a rich and diverse spread, bringing together iconic Punjabi classics and lesser-known regional gems. Indulge in soul-satisfying staples such as Dal Kunne Wali, slow-cooked overnight for depth and flavour; Sarson Da Saag, paired traditionally with Makki Di Roti and a dollop of white butter; and the robustly spiced Rarhya Gosht, a rustic lamb preparation simmered to perfection.

For those seeking something distinctive, the menu introduces contemporary interpretations like Ambi Da Safar Mahi Nal, a tangy, raw mango fish curry that evokes summer flavours, and Keema Parothe, an indulgent twist on the traditional flatbread, generously stuffed with spicy minced meat. Every dish reflects the bold attitude and vibrant character synonymous with Punjabi culture.

Sips and sweets to match the swag

Complementing the food is a seasonal beverage selection, including Ambi Panna, a refreshing summer drink made with raw mango, mint, and spices—perfect for the rising temperatures. For those with a sweet tooth, the festival also presents Mango Creamy Delight—a luscious mango-flavoured custard enrobed in a silky golden caramel glaze, topped with fresh, juicy mango chunks. This elegant dessert brings together the finesse of French patisserie and the hearty indulgence of Punjab, offering the perfect tropical finale to a vibrant meal.

Celebrating Punjab, one plate at a time

Speaking about the festival, Rohit Aggarwal, Co-founder and Managing Director, Lite Bite Foods, shared, “Punjab Da Swag is not just a food festival; it’s an immersive experience of Punjab’s culinary richness. It’s about celebrating heritage through hearty flavours and bringing a piece of the vibrant Punjabi spirit to tables across the country.”
