A seasoned HR leader with a stellar track record
A seasoned hospitality professional with over 17 years of experience in Human Resources, Arun brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his new role. He has previously held pivotal roles at prominent brands such as Leisure Hotels Group, where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer, managing HR strategies across a wide portfolio of hotels.
His career includes stints at Vana Wellness Retreat, Dehradun (now Six Senses Vana under IHG since 2022), Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad, Holiday Inn Amritsar, Lemon Tree Premier and Red Fox Hotels, as well as Trident Udaipur and The Oberoi Udaivilas.
Second stint with IHG to lead talent excellence
This marks Arun’s second tenure with IHG, where he will oversee human resources strategy across IHG hotels in North India. His strategic vision and people-first approach will be central to embedding IHG’s global values and shaping a culture of inclusivity, performance, and growth. He will work closely with leadership teams to ensure that IHG continues to empower its people and deliver memorable guest experiences.
