With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Dhinakaran brings a blend of operational insight and strategic HR leadership. His professional journey began in Food & Beverage operations, eventually inspiring him to pursue an MBA in Human Resource Management and later, a Leadership Certification in Strategic HR from Cornell University.

Prior to joining Tamara Leisure Experiences, Dhinakaran held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most respected hospitality brands, including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Millennium Hotels & Resorts, The Zuri Hotels & Resorts, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, and ITC Hotels Ltd. Most recently, he served as Director of Human Resources at Hilton, where he was instrumental in embedding a culture of trust, engagement, and leadership excellence.

Dr Alvin brings with him over 17 years of international experience in the wellness and spa industry. A qualified Ayurvedic doctor, he has held leadership roles at renowned global wellness destinations, including the pre-opening of Svaastha Spa at Mahindra Holidays in Coorg, Sofitel Hotel (Accor Group) in Phuket, Jiva Grande Spa at Vivanta by Taj Bekal, Zuri Hotels & Resorts, and NMC Healthcare in the UAE.
