IHG® Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Haware Engineers & Builders to launch Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pen Mumbai Goa Highway and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2028. The upcoming hotel in Pen, Raigad district, will offer modern comforts, smart solutions, and seamless service, aligning with the brand’s core philosophy.

The hotel will cater to business travellers and corporate guests. Key features include 126 well-appointed rooms, a dining venue, banquet halls, spacious meeting spaces, and a fitness center, ensuring a well-rounded stay experience.
