Deepak Saini, with 14 years of hospitality experience, joins Jawai Zinc Journey by The Fern, Rajasthan, as Squad Champion. He will oversee operations, guest experiences, and service standards. Specializing in room division management, he brings expertise in front office, reservations, guest relations, and housekeeping. Previously, he held key roles at ITC Group and Radisson Group, known for his strategic problem-solving and guest-centric approach.
Geeta Negi – Operations Manager, Grand Legacy Beacon, Dehradun
Geeta Negi, with 14 years of hospitality experience, will oversee daily operations at Grand Legacy Beacon, Dehradun, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficiency across departments. She will manage staff training, guest engagement, operational costs, and compliance. Previously, she worked with Club Mahindra and Taj Hotels, specializing in front office management and guest services.

With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Nikita David Chabukswar has been appointed as Operations Manager at The Beacon Hotel, NIBM, Pune. She will oversee daily hotel operations, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and support services.
