Manglam Group is making a bold move into the Indian hospitality industry, which is valued at Rs. 82,000 crore. With a massive Rs. 1,000 crore investment plan over the next five years, Manglam aims to redefine the luxury tourism experience in Rajasthan by leveraging its extensive expertise in real estate.

The group is focusing on developing premium hospitality assets, emphasizing new developments rather than acquiring existing properties.

Targeting Key Tourism Segments

Manglam Group is aligning its strategy with the rapidly growing sectors of destination weddings, leisure travel, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).

The group is channeling its market expertise into greenfield hospitality ventures, aiming to cater to the increasing demand for world-class services and luxury experiences in Rajasthan.

New Projects in Jaipur

The group has already announced the Westin Jaipur Resort, a 150-room luxury property set to open soon on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway. Following this, Manglam has started its second hospitality project in Jaipur, located in Jagatpura.

This upcoming hotel will feature approximately 200 rooms and be managed under an international hotel partnership, marking the group’s first collaboration with a global hospitality brand.

Focus on Luxury Weddings and MICE

The upcoming luxury resorts are designed to cater to this segment with bespoke wedding venues that blend regal heritage with modern luxury.

Additionally, the MICE industry presents a significant opportunity, and Manglam’s new properties will offer high-end accommodations and conference facilities for business travelers.

A Lasting Impact on Rajasthan’s Tourism

“Our ₹1,000 crore hospitality investment is a strategic step toward reshaping Rajasthan’s tourism industry. The demand for world-class luxury experiences is at an all-time high, and Manglam Group is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality assets that cater to this evolving market. This expansion goes beyond a single project; it is about creating a lasting impact on Rajasthan’s tourism ecosystem,” said Amrita Gupta, Director, Manglam Group.

Jaipur as a Premier Wedding Destination

With increasing demand for exclusive, tailor-made wedding experiences, Manglam Group aims to develop properties that not only provide opulent settings but also seamlessly blend sustainability with traditional charm.

Vision for the Future

While Jaipur remains the primary focus of Manglam Group’s 1,000-room development plan, the company is actively exploring hospitality opportunities in other parts of Rajasthan and even in Goa. The group’s expansion strategy aims to position itself as a key player in India’s high-end hospitality sector.
