Hilton has announced the signing of its first DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Siliguri Sevoke Road, in collaboration with Soonerio Hotels, a subsidiary of the Beekay Group. This marks a strategic entry into Siliguri, a city in West Bengal. The 120-key hotel is expected to open in 2028 and will strengthen the brand’s presence in the region.

Strategic location and accessibility

Siliguri, situated at the confluence of India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Bangladesh, is rapidly emerging as a hub for business, tourism, and trade. The hotel’s prime location on Sevoke Road will provide guests with convenient access to Bagdogra Airport and the new Jalpaiguri Railway Station.

Upon completion, the hotel will offer a mix of standard rooms and suites designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers. The property will feature diverse dining options, over 17,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and wellness-focused amenities, including a fitness center, spa, and an outdoor pool.
