An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management Bengaluru, Prem Singh brings over two decades of experience in managing renowned hotels and restaurants in India and internationally.
Role and Responsibilities
As Corporate Chef, Singh will oversee menu planning, recipe formulation, cost management, concept development, and the enforcement of safety standards.
