Rupesh Singh: Regional General Manager – South
Rupesh Singh, with over 30 years of experience in hospitality management, has held esteemed positions at Taj Hotels, Carnival Corporation USA, Lemon Tree Hotels, and more. In his new role, he will oversee operations in Bengaluru, Tirupati, and upcoming projects in Coimbatore and Kerala. He will focus on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and successful project launches aligned with Ramee Group’s vision.
Renowned for managing pre-opening projects in cities like Kolkata and Pune, Singh excels in planning, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration. His innovative MEHA market segment strategy has driven revenue growth, positioning him as a transformative leader in the industry.

Joining him Devyani Jagtap, with 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. As an Operations Manager – Pre-openings, she will play a crucial role in the pre-opening phase of hotels, ensuring a seamless launch. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, resource procurement, operational readiness, compliance, licensing, coordination, marketing, and performance tracking.
Devyani’s goal will be to establish a fully operational, compliant, and service-ready hotel from day one. With a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and experience at Taj, ITC, Elite Hospitality, and IHG, Devyani brings expertise in pre-opening preparation, resource management, and operational strategy. Her skills in aligning processes and teams for smooth launches will make her an invaluable team member of the organisation.
