With over four years of experience in the marketing field, Prerna brings valuable expertise to her new role. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the prestigious Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Maharashtra. Prerna began her professional journey with JECRC University and most recently worked with ITC Rajputana, where she played a significant role in enhancing brand visibility and executing successful marketing strategies.
Hailing from Patna, Prerna is passionate about traveling, reading, and photography. Her creative outlook and expertise in brand management make her a valuable addition to the team at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre.

With an impressive 16 years of hospitality experience, Rajiv has built a distinguished career with leading hotel chains, including Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, The Lalit Group of Hotels, Accor, and Radisson. His expertise spans food and beverage operations, revenue management, and team leadership, showcasing his versatility and commitment to excellence.
Rajiv holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management, providing a solid academic foundation for his industry achievements. He is dedicated to enhancing guest experiences and optimizing F&B operations, elevating service standards to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Shefali Khanna Named Director of Finance & Business Support
Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre is pleased to welcome Shefali Khanna as the new Director of Finance & Business Support.
Bringing over 12 years of experience in the finance and hospitality industry, Shefali is a Chartered Accountant who has worked with esteemed properties, including Fairmont Jaipur, Radisson Blu Jaipur, Clarks Amer Jaipur, and Grand Uniara Jaipur. Most recently, she served as Finance Controller at IBIS Jaipur.
A Jaipur native, Shefali’s creativity and enthusiasm extend to her personal life, where she enjoys cooking and dancing. Her strong financial acumen and extensive industry knowledge position her as a key asset to the Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre team.
