Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa announces Franco Canzano as new Executive Chef

Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa has appointment Chef Francisco Domingo Canzano as its Executive Chef. Holding a Culinary Diploma from Argentina’s Gato Duma’s School, he started his career with Restaurant Katrine in Buenos Aires. He joined the Hyatt family in 2003 at Park Hyatt Paris Vendome and has also worked with Park Hyatt Milan, Park Hyatt Palacio Duhau Buenos Aires. His previous assignment was with Grand Hyatt Doha where he held the position of Executive Sous Chef.

Franco is very active and enjoys contact sports; he also enjoys fishing and loves cooking for his friends and family. Talking about his new assignment, Chef said “I am very happy to be part of this wonderful property and look forward to working with my new culinary team.”
