Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) announced the signing of a resort in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, which will be a greenfield project.
Speaking on the occasion, Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President of Real Estate and Development at IHCL, said, “Ayodhya, with its rapid infrastructure development, is emerging as a prominent destination on the spiritual circuit. The 150-key Gateway, Ayodhya, spread across 1.56 acres, will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a speciality restaurant, and a bar. For relaxation and rejuvenation, guests can enjoy the swimming pool, fitness centre, or holistic spa. The hotel will offer ample space for events with an expansive banquet hall and dedicated meeting rooms.

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 29 hotels, including 16 under development in Uttar Pradesh.
