The Ramada by Wyndham, Alleppey, announced the appointment of Rajan Mathew as its General Manager, effective August 17, 2024.
In his new role, Mathew will be responsible for overall hotel operations, increasing revenue potential, enhancing guest experiences, and creating a positive work environment for team members. Alleppey being a tourist destination famous for its backwaters, he will promote Ramada Alleppey in all tourism markets.
Mathew is a talented and experienced hospitality professional and will play a key role in ensuring that the Ramada by Wyndham, Alleppey, continues providing guests with the same high-quality service and exceptional value that it is known for in the Alleppey community,” said Reji Cheriyan, owner of the Ramada Alleppey.
A native of Tiruvalla, Kerala, Mathew completed his Diploma in Hospitality Management in 2014 from Far Eastern Federal University, Vladivostok, Russian Federation.
The Ramada by Wyndham, Alleppey is a 121-room hotel offering guests single, double, and suite accommodations. The property features a swimming pool, health club, meeting space, convention centre, houseboat, lounge bar, multicuisine restaurant, and various backwater activities.
