Originally Sydney’s first 5-star international hotel, it encapsulates the essence of 1960s jet-set glamour and has since welcomed royals, dignitaries, movie stars, and celebrities.
With a rich history and prime location near Sydney’s key landmarks, the hotel seamlessly blends luxury, innovation, and French elegance. The extensive refurbishment, led by Fender Katsalidis, includes updated rooms, a state-of-the-art conference centre, and a new dining precinct, with Michelin-trained Executive Chef Bektaş Özcan leading the culinary offerings.
