Ronil Goa, part of JdV by Hyatt, strengthens its leadership team

Appoints Amol Mangaonkar as Director of Finance, Domnic Fernandes as Food and Beverage Manager, and Sanchit Dawande as Revenue Analyst

To strengthen its team and deliver exceptional guest experiences, Ronil Goa, part of JdV by Hyatt, appointed three new heads of departments. True to the JdV by Hyatt brand promise, the team at Ronil Goa comprises neighbourhood ambassadors who care deeply about their community and the people who live there.

Amol Mangaonkar, Director of Finance

Amol Mangaonkar joins Ronil Goa as Director of Finance, bringing 18 years of experience across various Hyatt brands in India. His journey with Hyatt began at Hyatt Services India Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Accountant and has since grown within the company, contributing to several Hyatt properties, including Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Hyatt Regency Pune, Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, and Hyatt India Consultancy Pvt Ltd. Most recently, he served as Director of Finance at Hyatt Pune before transitioning to Goa to join the first JdV by Hyatt in India and Southwest Asia. In his new role, Amol will oversee all of the hotel’s financial operations, including accounting, auditing, budgeting, and purchasing functions. His passion and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to the team.

Domnic Fernandes, Food and Beverage Manager

Domnic brings along 11 years of experience across Hyatt hotels in India. He started his Hyatt journey with Hyatt Regency Chennai as a food and beverage associate and climbed the ladder in the hierarchy to become a Restaurant Manager. Prior to joining Ronil Goa, he was a part of the Grand Hyatt Goa as the Restaurant Manager for multiple food & beverage venues. In his role as Food & Beverage Manager at Ronil Goa, Domnic will oversee the food and beverage operations of the boutique resort.

Sanchit Dawande, Revenue Analyst

Sanchit began his journey in the hospitality industry with the Hyatt Centric Bengaluru as a revenue intern. He then joined Marriott International under their management programme, where he honed his skills and gained valuable industry insights. Sanchit has completed his Revenue Management studies at WGSHA Manipal. His role as Revenue Analyst will involve developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximise profitability while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
