Abraq The Fern at Dalgate, Srinagar, with 62 keys, and Zinc by The Fern at Tengpora Bypass, Srinagar, with 50 keys, are already under construction and slated to be operational by 2025 and 2026, respectively. The brand has also signed three other hotels: 65-key Abraq The Fern at Pahalgam, 65-key Zinc by The Fern at Pahalgam, and 65-key Abraq The Fern at Tangmarg, which are currently in the planning stage.
