Prior to joining The Westin Goa, Sharoni held key positions with renowned hospitality brands, including The Leela Palace Jaipur, The Roseate, and JW Marriott Bangalore. Her dynamic leadership style, coupled with her in-depth understanding of hotel operations, makes her a valuable addition to the team. In her new role, Sharoni will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and delivering exceptional experiences that cater to the diverse needs of guests. Furthermore, she will focus on fostering a culture of employee satisfaction and continuous improvement. Her extensive experience in leading food and beverage operations for leading hotels in the country has garnered her recognition as a successful leader in the industry.
