Lyfe Hotels Bhubaneswar announces the appointment of Sara Panisara as their new Thai Chef. Bringing with her a distinguished career of over a decade in the hospitality industry, Chef Sara will now lead the Thai cuisine at Lyfe Hotels’ upcoming restaurant.
Chef Sara will conceptualize and develop an exclusive Thai menu for Lyfe Hotels Bhubaneswar and guiding a dedicated team of professionals. She will bring forth new culinary techniques and innovative approaches to curate delectable delicacies.
Previously, Chef Sara was associated with Sheraton Full Moon and Spa Maldives. Over the years, she has worked at world-renowned properties and restaurants across Asia such as Sheraton Hotel Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan; Issara Restaurant, Phuket; Michelin Star I, Thailand; Andara Resort & Villas Hotel, Phuket, Thailand; Paresa Hotels & Resort, Phuket; and Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas, Phuket.

During her tenure at Sheraton Full Moon and Spa, Maldives in 2023, Chef Sara became a certified departmental trainer and in 2020, she was part of the TV show ‘Chanel Iron Chef’ in Thailand.
WIth to her decade long experience in hospitality industry, she will significantly enhance the culinary talent and offerings of Lyfe Hotels.
