Lemon Tree Hotels signs a new property in Noida

Expanding its portfolio in Uttar Pradesh, this property will be an addition to six existing and four upcoming properties in the state.

Lemon Tree Hotels announced its latest signing: Lemon Tree Hotel, Noida. The hotel is expected to open by FY25 and shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. 

A part of the National Capital Region, Noida was established in the late 1970s and has evolved into a thriving hub for IT companies, multinational corporations and a burgeoning real estate sector. Known for its well-designed infrastructure, wide roads and modern amenities, Noida has become a preferred destination for businesses and residents alike. The city boasts numerous shopping malls, educational institutions and recreational spaces, contributing to its dynamic and cosmopolitan atmosphere. With its strategic location near the capital city of New Delhi, Noida has played a pivotal role in the economic growth of the region and continues to attract investments across various sectors.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Noida, will feature 40 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, meeting rooms, and other public areas.

Indira Gandhi International Airport is about 30 km away, while Hazrat Nizamuddin Station is just about 12 km away from the hotel. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.

Lemon Tree Hotels is expanding its portfolio in Uttar Pradesh and this opening will be in addition to six existing and four upcoming properties in the state, which have several tourist attractions that showcase its historical and religious significance.
