Lemon Tree Hotels signs a new property in Noida

Expanding its portfolio in Uttar Pradesh, this property will be an addition to six existing and four upcoming properties in the state.

The property is expected to be operational by Q4 FY2024

With this addition, they will have 7 hotels in the enchanting North-Eastern region including 3 which are coming up

Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited and is expected to open in July 2023

The property will feature 70 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a gym, meeting rooms, banquets and public areas.

This Greenfield project is expected to open in June 2026
