Guests can indulge in traditional Vietnamese dishes like the iconic Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese Crepe) and the tantalizing Bánh Mì (Vietnamese Baguette) prepared by Chef Huyen herself. The festival also offers live stations featuring a range of beverages, from the refreshing Dừa Tươi (Fresh Coconut) to the aromatic Nước Sâm (Herbal Tea), along with the innovative fusion Pho Cocktail. As the guests relish these flavors, enjoy live instrumental music inspired by Vietnam.
To complete the immersive ambiance, the restaurant staff will embrace Vietnamese Hats and the traditional Ao Dai attire, a nod to the cultural identity of Vietnam. This 9 day extravaganza will also have an artistic showcase.
The event has partnered with The Asian Art House co-founded by Rajat Mittra to curate an exhibition of Vietnamese Art which is available exclusively at The Asian Art House.
