Manoj Mathew takes over as General Manager of The Fern Shelter Resort, Palghar (Maharashtra).
Mathew brings with him more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with Oberoi Hotels, Hotel Marine Plaza, InterContinental Marine Drive and The Shalimar Hotel.
Leadership from the heart is an art he specializes in and with good support from all resources within Concept Hospitality and Shelter Resorts, he sets standards high for himself and his young team by encouraging them to nurture a cohesive work environment.
