Aman, the pre-eminent hospitality and lifestyle brand renowned for its collection of ultra-luxury hotels and branded residences, has announced the appointment of Ben Trodd as its new Chief Operating Officer.
In his new role, Ben will oversee all facets of Aman’s intricate hotel and resort operations, to deliver the brand’s vision and strategy, working closely with Chairman and CEO, Vlad Doronin, whilst ensuring the unique characteristics and exceptional levels of service.
Ben’s extensive expertise as the Senior Vice President, Sales & Hotel Marketing at Four Seasons from 2019 saw him implement data and analysis-driven marketing initiatives to maximise brand value, optimising revenue generation, reducing costs, and enhancing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Having previously served as Regional Vice President and General Manager of the Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, Ben oversaw nine additional Four Seasons properties. Prior to that, he played a crucial role in opening the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences in Seattle, WA, Palo Alto, CA, and leading operations for the brand in Los Angeles and Hampshire, United Kingdom.
