The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences, in collaboration with Culinary Culture has curated an experiential dining pop-up with Thai Chef Thitid Tassanakajohn, popularly known as Chef Ton – from the Michelin star restaurant Le Du in Bangkok.

Chef Ton is also the celebrity chef judge on Top Chef Thailand, one of the most popular cooking shows in the region.

The pop-up dinners are scheduled to take place on 27th and 28th January 2023 where Chef Ton will be showcasing an exclusive gastronomic repertoire of his modern Thai signature dishes with an 8-course menu paired with exciting cocktails, at Zanotta.
He puts a creative spin on Thai dishes which highlight local seasonal ingredients that are blended with flavor and zest. Moreover, Chef Ton is an advocate of all things local and sustainable that echoes with the same values, culture, and commitment of The Leela.
