The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai welcomes Bruce Cakebread, owner and CEO of Cakebread Cellars

Bruce Cakebread, President and CEO of Cakebread Cellars, will his expertise about food and fine wines at an exclusive celebration at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai scheduled on 15th February, 2017 at the exclusive Chambers Dining Room. Currently serving on the Viticulture and Enology Executive Leadership Board at UC Davis, Cakebread is a past member of the Napa Valley Vintner Board as well. His success has been built on quality, consistency and continuity – characteristics which resonate deeply with Taj’s ideology when it comes to the epicurean art.

The Taj continues will explore the world of wines through an exclusive evening with Cakebread, who will offer his insights into wine and food pairings. He will also present his exclusive acumens on how to pair wines like the 2015 Sauvignon Blanc, the 2012 Chardonnay, and the 2009 and 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon. Sharing stories about wine, its flavours, and the food that best compliments those flavours, Cakebread will set guests off on a journey to experience how the knowledge of wine brings out the best in a palate.
