Lavazza unveils iTierra! Expresso Brasile coffee

The Lavazza family’s far-sightedness in developing a circle of sustainable production led to the creation of ¡Tierra! coffee. This sustainability project has given rise to high-quality coffee, produced by 100 percent sustainable agriculture and is certified by the Rainforest Alliance, an NGO that fully complies with the social and environmental criteria required to earn certification.

The Lavazza ¡Tierra! range presents to industry professionals an integrated offering single-origin coffees that provides an intense flavour experience for the food service. It is made up of 100 percent Central and South American Arabica mild beans; the liquorish flavours of Central American coffee beans are well combined with the delicate acidic aroma of South American coffee beans.

¡Tierra!Espresso Brasile 100% Arabica is a superior blend of two super-selected coffee types:  Lambarì- a natural Arabica produces a smooth body and a mellow texture, while The Cereja Apasita- Arabica cherries are harvested only when they are slightly over-ripe. Each cup gives the aroma of honey, fresh biscuit and milk chocolate. These go through a gentle roasting process by a traditional drum system that gives velvety, sweet espresso with an intense body and hints of caramel and hazelnuts.
