Joydeep started his IHG Journey in December 2017 at Holiday Inn Kolkata. Joydeep joined the preopening team of HIEX Kolkata Airport in April 2019 to spearhead the Finance Operations of the Hotel.
He has done phenomenal work over past 3 years to build a sustainable profitable hotel which opened during mid of pandemic, and started achieving its GOP from the third month of operations after opening, and continued ever since.
He has played a pivotal role is establishing and nurturing healthy relationships with all the stakeholders of the business and the Ownership Team.
