Chef Suresh Thampy brings over 19 years of experience across the best of the hospitality brands to his job at the Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport. While his strength lies in crafting new and innovative culinary creations, at the hotel his responsibility spans setting the menu, mentoring the culinary team and recruiting the right candidates for the F&B department. He has worked with some of the finest hotels in the country and secured several awards, such as ACE (Awards for Culinary Excellence) presented by Marriott International, in 2011.
