Cygnett Hotels and Resorts, has announced the appointment of Ankur Chandra as director -operations and development. Chandra brings with him over 20 years of wide experience and will be responsible for leveraging hotel operations and expanding the brand in new territories and markets. He will also be responsible to keep a check on the profitability of operations and supervising all aspects of hotel management including menu planning, monitoring food production to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
