The appointments include Rakshit Jangwan as Front Office Manager, Pradeep Rao as Executive Chef and Ankit Kumar as Human Resource Manager.

Alila Diwa Goa brings in a new leadership team, the three new appointments include:

Rakshit Jangwan as Front Office Manager.

After completing his degree in International Business from WIM and Hotel & Tourism Management from IHM Chennai, Rakshit Jangwan, a resident of city Dehradun, began his career in 2011 as a Management Trainee with Club Mahindra Resorts.His 11 years of experiences in Front Office operations spans across brands like Club Mahindra Resorts, The Lalit Hotels, Palaces & Resorts, Taj Hotels & Accor Hotels with the last assignment at Novotel Goa Candolim as Front Office Manager.

Rakshit will now continue his journey with us at Alila Diwa Goa, as the Front Office Manager and will lead the team with his wide experience and knowledge. He likes spending his time reading, riding, gardening & watching movies. “HOSPITALITY – it is not a job; it is a never-ending Passion”, believes Rakshit and adheres to this in life with great dedication. 

Pradeep Rao as Executive Chef

Hailing from God’s Own Country, Kerala, Pradeep Rao, began his career in 2007 as a Commis at The Oberoi, Bangalore. He completed his Bachelors in Hotel Management from Madras University, Chennai.

He has a total of 15 years of experience in culinary operations and has been associated with brands like Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Accor Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. His last assignment was ‘DoubleTree by Hilton, Panaji-Goa’ as an Executive Chef.

Chef Pradeep will now continue his journey with us at Alila Diwa Goa, as an Executive Chef and will lead the team with his wide experience and culinary skills. He enjoys photography and his management philosophy is “Take care of your talents, in return they will take care of your guests.”

Starting his career in Food and Beverage in 2008, Ankit Kumar moved to Human Resources in 2013 as a Personnel Officer at Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli.

He has completed his Master of Business Administration from Sathyabama University, Chennai. With over 09 years of experience in HR, he has been associated with brands like Hyatt, Hilton and ITC. Prior to joining Alila Diwa Goa, he was the Human Resource Manager at ‘ITC Royal Bengal and ITC Sonar’We welcome Ankit Kumar back in the Hyatt family where he will continue his journey heading the Human Resource at Alila Diwa Goa. He has a passion for traveling and enjoys watching cricket.
