Under the leadership of Executive Chef, Javedakhtar Sayyad, restaurant Mado Mado at Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai will be hosting a 15th August brunch themed ‘Flavours of India’
Brunch will include delicacies highlighting various flavors of India including Subz Miloni, Paneer lababdar, Kadi pakoda, Vegetable pie, Mafu tofu, Laal maas, Khade masala ka murg, Kolambiche kalvan, Kebabs will be served in tricolor and will include, Dahi ke kebab, and Bhatti da murge.
There will also be desserts in tricolor to mark the Independence Day including the Tri color barfi, exotic fruit tart and many more.
