Great weather calls for some great beer, and what better beer than with folks. Salt Water Café is ready to bring some fun beer tasting, they’ve partnered up with their good friends at Great State Aleworks. The special beer tasting will take place on Saturday, 30th July 2022, 6pm onwards.
The beers on the menu are modern in flavour and paired with high-quality ingredients and techniques. Expect an array of 5 unique craft beers like Rhubarb Gose, Dryland – Brut Bajra Pale Ale, Even Flow – Dark Lager, Sunny afternoon – NEIPA, Monsoon Chai Ale paired with a special menu by Chef Gresham Fernandes.
The menu will consist of dishes like Porter glazed tenderloin slider, NEIPA battered prawns, Pomelo and smoked watermelon salad and Pao de Queijo cold brew and grapefruit in a glass, another with passionfruit and egg white and other innovative combinations that go into making these cocktails.
