Clarks Inn Suites plans to open their signature property in Ranthambore. The luxury property will cater to luxury travelers, wildlife lovers, nature enthusiasts, and experiential-seeking travelers. The brand has plans to open properties down south and western part of India. By the end of the financial year 2022, the brand will take the current portfolio to 6 properties. The group is eyeing an additional revenue of 40% with the addition of 01 property.
As per the research done by Conservation India, the country has immense potential for wildlife tourism. India is blessed with a variety of wildlife, only a handful of countries in the world can boast of wildlife equivalent to us. Wildlife tourism is growing at 15% annually of which 70% of the visitors are Indians. India has a network of 981 protected areas, which constitutes 104 national parks, 566 wildlife sanctuaries, 214 community reserves, and 97 conservation reserves.

Corbett National Park and Ranthambore National Park are the most preferred destination for Indian wildlife lovers. The country due to its rich biodiversity, regular publicity from the tourism boards, and development in infrastructure witnessed a rise in international wildlife lovers and luxury travelers. Also, an increase in the tiger population played a substantial role in increasing tourists’ footfalls in this region.

The Clarks Inn Suites Ranthambore, located near Tiger National Park is surrounded by hills, next to Ranthambore Helipad and blessed with lush vegetation. It will have 45 rooms spread across six categories. The property plans to open the biggest swimming pool in Ranthambore and have lawns, a gym, and a spa. The rooms will be equipped with all the modern amenities and will be designed keeping the traveler’s comfort in mind, but without creating a dent in the environment. Sustainability and responsible tourism are the key focus areas of the Clarks Inn Suites. Various experiential will be curated targeting different sets of audiences. Apart from solo travelers, and families, the brand is heavily eyeing the wedding segment, corporate, and MICE.

The brand is eyeing getting certified by TOFT Tiger and from various other international wildlife conservation bodies. They are planning to hire locally in order to boost the local economy. Also, they will strictly adhere to a zero plastic policy and will be using locally sourced construction materials as far as possible.
