A culinary journey by Indian Accent at Paasha from June 27th to 29th 

Indian Accent and renowned chef, Manish Mehrotra brings a culinary journey to Paasha, the iconic rooftop and lounge on level 24 of the hotel

Pune city witnessed an eventful culinary journey like never before from June 27th to 29th with the multi-award winning restaurant Indian Accent curated by the celebrity chef, Manish Mehrotra at the JW Marriott Pune. “It was overwhelming to host a unique and a sold-out popup for our patrons and other gourmands from the city”, says Vimal Verma, General Manager.

JW Marriott Pune is known to innovate Food and Beverage concepts and set culinary benchmarks in the city. With this ideology the hotel brought India’s most celebrated restaurant, Indian Accent and renowned chef, Manish Mehrotra to Paasha, the iconic rooftop and lounge on level 24 of the hotel. Indian accent is ranked No. 22 by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, 2022 and Chef Manish is ranked No. 1 in India by Culinary Culture Co for 2022.

The immersive menu encompassed some of the signature dishes like Blue Cheese Naan; Tofu Medu Vadai, Lime Leaf Gun Powder, Onion Chutney; Smoked Duck Shaami, Crispy Sevai, Barberry Chutney; Daulat ki Chaat and more, paired with world-class mixology by Paasha’s expert mixologists at the Paasha rooftop.

The event saw some who’s who from the city and well-known media including Raaj Sanghvi, CEO-Culinary Culture Co, Vikram Sathaye, Cricket Presenter and Stand-up comedian, Ms. Karen Anand, Food writer, television personality and restaurant consultant amongst others.

“It was wonderful bringing Indian Accent to Pune for the Pop Up at JW Marriott Pune. We were overwhelmed with the response of the diners and were glad to have brought the Indian Accent experience to the city. The team at JW Marriott Pune was amazing and extremely supportive. Would love to come back here and do many more such pop ups”, says Chef Manish Mehrotra.
