Intellistay Hotels, which owns the Mango Hotels brand, launched Mango Hotels – Tansha Regal in Savli GIDC, Vadodara with Tansha Hospitality.Although the hotel was scheduled for a 2016 launch, the 50-key property underwent substantial modifications to become better suited for the long-stay market in the Gujarat city.
Prashanth Aroor, CEO, Intellistay Hotels, said, “The Savli GIDC at Manjusar is amongst the finest GIDC units in Gujarat with several engineering and chemical companies. Yet, it lacked a branded hotel in the mid-scale segment to cater to these organisations, many of which have foreign collaborations and partnerships. A lot of visitors to the GIDC have long stay requirements and it is inconvenient for them to have to shuttle to and fro to Vadodara city. We are positive that Mango Hotels – Tansha Regal will fill this vacuum.”
Ashok Tanna of Tansha Hospitality stated that F&B would be a critical service to this micro market. He stated, “We see a big opportunity for events, outdoor catering and corporate delivery. Having run two hotels ourselves, we felt it was the right time to engage with a synergistic brand with the launch of our third hotel and hope to launch many more together.”
Mango Hotels – Tansha Regal features an all-day dining restaurant, a Wi-Fi enabled banqueting hall for 100-200 people and a lawn for open air events that can accommodate up to 1000 people.
