Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel has appointed Zibraan Kazi as Rooms Division Manager. With over 13 years of experience in guest relations and hospitality industry, his expertise lies in managing and coordinating complete room operations. He oversees planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the quality of the hotel’s rooms.
In his new role, Zibraan will work towards improving guest satisfaction by ensuring Rooms Division meet brand’s standards, targeting customer needs, focus on growing revenues and to maximize the financial performance of the department. In the past, he has worked with leading hotel brands such as Taj Lands’ End Mumbai, Shangri-La Hotels and Resort Mumbai, St. Regis Hotel, Mumbai.
Prior to joining Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, he was associated with Grand Mercure Accor, Bengaluru since Oct 2019 in the capacity of Front Office Manager, where he also was in charge of Housekeeping Operations, SPA and Fitness Centre.
Zibraan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Dadar Institute of Hotel Management Mumbai. He also completed his Masters in Bachelor Administration degree in Sales & Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University (Distance Education).
